Biography
Hi,
Thank you for visiting my website. I have worked as a freelance filmmaker, video editor and videographer since 2009. Here are a few more details about my life journey and skills.
My background
I was born in Norwich and, after completing my education, spent a period at Norwich City College studying for an HNC in Electronics. I then joined the Royal Air Force at the age of 18, where I gained a BTEC Diploma in Aeronautical engineering.
After completing my contract and returning to ‘civvy street,’ I embarked on my second career with the BBC at Television Centre in London. I was fortunate to be able to join the BBC as a post-production trainee. Learning Avid Media Composer software, I quickly progressed to the role of video editor and went on to edit over 100 hours of BBC television content. I further progressed to the role of Lead Editor and Systems Administrator.
In 2009, I left the BBC and pursued my current career as a London-based freelance editor, filmmaker, and videographer, using all the skills I had acquired.
